What is CELL.ADS is all about?
A.
A smart phones application with a reward programme which allows members to collect Ads.Points and redeem them for FREE*.
Q.
What are the benefits joining CELL.ADS?
A.
You will get points (Ads.Point) which will be accumulate and this accumulated Ads.Point can be used to redeem items in our Redemption Programme for FREE.
Q.
How to join or how to get CELL.ADS?
A.
Firstly make sure you have a proper network connection and you can download CELL.ADS application by three options:
1)      Download from URL link www.cellads.net.my/get
2)      Google Play Store
3)      Blackberry Application World
Then, complete your profile after installation and you are a registered member
Q.
Do I have to pay a fee for a CELL.ADS?
A.
No. there is NO fee for CELL.ADS as CELL.ADS is free for life
Q.
Is CELL.ADS open to non-Malaysians and what is the age limit?
A.
CELL.ADS is open to individuals, residents and non-residents of Malaysia who are 18 years of age and above with a registered mobile number in Malaysia
Q.
From where can I collect CELL.ADS points (Ads.Point)?
A.
There are five ways to get and collect Ads.Point:
1)      50 Ads.Point for first time download of CELL.ADS application
2)      5 Ads.Point for everytime Ads Popup on smart phones
3)      5 Ads.Point for every access per day on each Ads in Ads World menu
4)      200 Ads.Point awarded for every successful invited friends download CELL.ADS apps
5)      Contest organize by Cell Adverts Solution Sdn Bhd or its associate
Q.
Can I get the Ads.Point if I make an outgoing call or send SMS?
A.
No. Ads.Points only can be collected by incoming call or SMS only.
Q.
Is there any expiry date to my Ads.Points?
A.
No. There is no expiry date for Ads.Point
Q.
How can I check my Ads.Point?
A.
Members can check Total Ads.Point collected in the Redeem Ads Point menu. The figure appear on the right upper side of the smart phone’s screen
Q.
Can I check my Ads.Point from other person mobile phone?
A.
No. You can only check your Ads.Point from your own mobile devices by key in your phone number during login

The CELL.ADS App crashed on my smart phone, what do I do?
A.
Please exit the app and restart. Should the problem persists; reboot your mobile phone, before launching the App again. Alternatively, uninstall the app, download and re-install the app again. Should the problem persists please contact CELL.ADS at 03-8994 1017 or email us at info@cellads.net.my

How can I redeem my Ads.Point?
A.
1) Click ‘Redeem Ads Point’ menu in our application
2) Choose your preferred redemption place
3) Click item to redeem
4) Enter the redemption code (you can see this code in step 2)
5) Click submit and success notification will popup
6) CELL.ADS will send SMS for confirmation of redemption
Q.
How long will it take for me to get the redemption item?
A.
For cash voucher redemption, it will takes 5 working days from the day you reply CELL.ADS SMS through email and for mobile reload CELL.ADS will auto reload your mobile within 24 hours of the redemption.
Q.
What should I do if I change my smart phones?
A.
You have to install CELL.ADS on your new mobile device and login with your registered number.
Q.
Do CELL.ADS compatible to install to all smart phones?
A.
For this time being CELL.ADS only can be enjoy by Android and Blackberry users but in the nearest time CELL.ADS will be available to the iPhone users
Q.
If I have more than one mobile number, can I register them all with CELL.ADS under my name?
A.
Yes. You can register all numbers with CELL.ADS using your name.
Q.
What happened if I lost my phone and replace with a new one?
A.
Firstly you have to download CELL.ADS and inform us you have changed your SIM card or replacement of SIM card. This is for us to update in our system and to avoid conflict with your the previous SIM card number. After that you can login into CELL.ADS with your registered number.
